No physical meetings scheduled at this time.
Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic we have no meetings scheduled throughout 2020. We hold a majority of our meetings at Maryville University. Because Maryville University is allowing students and facaulty only on campus, they are not scheduling any events (ours or anyone's meetings). We are looking at having a "get together" as soon as we are able and restaurant type facilities are up and running. Right now Zoom is our friend and we have gone virtual. Until we can stand next to each other, stay distant, stay well, and we will be communicating any changes for gatherings as we are able. Keep creating metalworks!
No Workshops scheduled at this time.
Midwest Metalsmiths embrace many aspects of metalwork: enameling, jewelry, sculpture, blacksmithing, and vessels as well as educators, and gallery owners. Visit the individual member's page to acquaint yourself with the depth of talent and the broad use of metalsmithing skills. Meet Our Artists
Hosting four to six workshops featuring local and nationally known artists each year is a big part of who Midwest Metalsmiths are. During this time of the Corona 19 Pandemic we have been forced to set aside our workshop activity. We will be back with live workshops when it is safe. In the mean time we are doing virtual studio tours and are planning some virtual metalsmithing skill events in 2021.
