General Meeting Minutes

Secretary:
Mindy is stepping down as Secretary
Jo Tiemann volunteered to step into the Secretary position.
Recommendation: Have Board Members write down what they report during the General and Board Meetings and give that information to the Secretary, so that the Secretary can accurately capture the details of what was reported. Everyone agreed that this is a good idea moving forward.
Treasurerís Report:
As of March 1, 2011 SMM is showing a Net Profit of $460
Workshop Profits = $2600

Membership:
Reminder to renew your SMM Membership for 2012 in December of 2011
